Happy New Year!

Happy New Year! We hope you had a joyous Christmas and a so very sweet holiday season! We enjoyed! We are still enjoying! Soaking up family, fun, and lots of food. We have been pretty lazy! Casey has been working out, but for Ace and I nothing but fun! We have enjoyed this off season so very much and are continuing to do so. I am now spending time with my dear grandmother's! Playing cards, games, food, and just enjoying their presence! Enjoying each day, everyday is a gift! This is our plan to bring in the New Years and I can't think of a better way. With family, food and lots of games!
Big news! Casey signed with the Texas Rangers! We are so thrilled about the incredible opportunity! We thank God for opening another door, we are looking forward to see what He has in store for us as Rangers. Casey is super stoked to be close to his family, it will be so very nice having family near. We even had a country Christmas all getting cowboy boots! Ace too, so cute. I love mine, Casey did so good! They have crosses and crystals on them! Casey has really good taste, he is a great shopper! Too good! :) Adorable! We are so grateful and very excited about 2009!
On Christmas Eve! A family shot!

Ace enjoying his four wheeler Santa brought for him! He has been a good boy!

Much love & joy!

Happy New Year Jennie!!! So glad that your holidays were a fun and relaxing family time for you. Like you I may have indulged in the holiday eating a bit much but...*smiles* that is what the new year is for..new beginnings. I read something that said.."New Years Day is every man's (woman's) birthday". Thought that was kinda cool. We all get a fresh start and I for one am looking forward to that. Sounds like you guys are getting that as well...congrats to Casey for getting signed by Texas! I'm excited for him and hope he has a very successful season. You as well and i am hoping to get a chance to come see you play in Chicago this season.

Watch out..don't look now Jennie but Ace is becoming a little man more and more. Thanks again as always for sharing your photos and family stories with us. It means alot. Ok..off to clean..baby steps..gotta start somewhere :)

Here's to a blessed 2009.

Happy New Year!

In all seriousness, Ace is one of the cutest little boys I have ever seen! I saw another picture you posted of him on your Myspace page (w/Natasha Watley and Andrea Duran).

Congratulations to Casey on being signed by the Rangers! Even though they have trouble making the playoffs each year, I still love them...they're my hometown team! I try to go to as many games as I can, and now that Casey's with them, I will definitely try to go to more. Hopefully he will be on the active roster and get into a game when I'm there. Even if he's sent down to Oklahoma (AAA), or Frisco (AA), I wouldn't mind making the drive out to see him play.

Congratulations on all of your success, as well as Casey's. I hope that 2009 brings your family peace, love and even more happiness!
